Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 2-3 WEEKS for your order to be handmade and sent out. This does not include delivery time.

If you require something fast please CONTACT US first via the contact form before placing an order to ensure your order can be made and sent in the timeframe you require.

All postage with in Australia is shipped via regular post for a flat rate of $10 and all orders over $50 get free shipping.

We use Australia Post for delivery.

All our shipping is trackable, We are not responsible if incorrect shipping information is given and any returns due to incorrect address will be up to the customer to arrange payment for resend so please leave the correct information.

International postage is also available worldwide. Please contact us for a quote.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We DO NOT return or refund for change of mind or incorrect ordering, once order is placed refunds will not be given so please read through items carefully.
If you have customised your order with your own colour choices, once your order is placed this can not be changed. Supplies are ordered or part of the order is started immediately.

REFUNDS

We only refund if items are defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days this varies depending on payment method minus a 10% restocking fee.

EXCHANGE

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will also allow exchange for a different size in the same item, if available. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@dyeheart.com.au

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All our products are sent with tracking so please check your email for confirmation and tracking, this may end up in your junk folder

All orders will only be sent to the address provided. We are not responsible for incorrectly address orders.

Orders placed and paid via PayPal will only be sent to the address shown on the PayPal account & not the address left on the website as only this address meets the buyer & seller protection.
